HPV and Cervical Cancer Information and Resources

The human papilloma virus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the world. HPV is so common that about half of all men and more than 3 out of 4 women have HPV at some point in their lives. In the United States alone, an estimated 20 million people are currently infected with genital HPVs, and more than six million people contract it each year. You can reduce your risk of contracting HPV. The resources below will give you more detailed information about HPV as well as ways you can protect yourself.
